• While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

• Teachers are subject to change without notice.

• Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

• Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley has the right to refuse entry at anytime.

• Bookings are to be made via our website, https://www.crystalsoundmovement.com/bookings

• Class payment must be made upon booking.

• You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.

• Classes at Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley may be physically strenuous at times and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury.

• You will follow all instructions given to you by Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

• Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.

• Crystal Sound Movement | Yoga Sun Valley reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to it’s premises or to participate in any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these Term and Conditions.

• By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and resale is prohibited. No replacements if lost or stolen.

Cancellation /Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Everyday classes get fully booked, and sometimes others miss out.

Crystal Sound Movement / Yoga Sun Valley does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on bookings.

Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit.

If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 2 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice.
