I have been going to Crystal Sound Movement for 3 years and have gained so much confidence by learning to move my body through Yoga and breathwork, now I am trying out Yoga Trapeze. I love it!!
Karen’s guidance has taught me the correct way to do yoga trapeze inversions, upside down poses and stretches. I can’t believe that I can now work on my core while hanging upside down. Yoga trapeze is so versatile.
Towards the end of the session we experience a natural wind down from yoga with relaxing mediation while listening to soft, blissful sounds when Karen plays the Crystal Sound Bowls.
Finishing off the class by choosing an Oracle card that is arranged amongst a stunning display of Crystal Mandala, with opportunity to reflect upon what message the card brings to you.
I feel enlightened and refreshed after each class.
