After settling into our chosen breath technique & or meditation / gentle moving meditation

Karen will facilitate a sound journey with a guided visualisation & in the background the sounds of the

crystal bowls will emanate, infuse, they have been known to uplift the spirit, calm the mind & improve sleeping patterns, amongst many other ailments.
