Together we will strengthen and lengthen the body during our breath based asana practice.

Settling into the breath we will explore pranayama techniques, meditation and then relax as we absorb the sounds emanating from the quartz crystal & alchemy bowls.

We will also cover pelvic floor techniques

It is our intention to continue Krishnamacharya's philosophy of yoga teaching - meeting each individual where they are at.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. Everyday classes get fully booked, and sometimes others miss out. If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us via phone call or text.

Crystal Sound Movement / Yoga Sun Valley does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on bookings.

Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit.

If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 2 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice.
